The suburb is quiet and very accessible to both owner-driven vehicles and public transport. The bus still runs through the suburb.
 

The suburb is very safe and boasts of its own patrolling guards, an outdoor swimming pool, a well equipped Spar and Woolies Foods in a lovely small shopping centre.  The Sandton Clinic (a hospital with outpatient facility) is the area beacon.
 

Within 15 minutes drive to the Sandton City Shopping Centre, Fourways and Rivonia.
 

To get to the residence you have several choices of directions. However the most popular are:

Take Republic Rd towards Sandton. Turn left onto Main Rd and continue past the police station until you get to Frere St. Turn right here. At Milner St turn left and then into Van Der Stel

Take William Nicol offramp from the N1 to Roodepoort. Turn left, away from Montecasino. Carry on with the road until it forks (stay in the right lane) and take the right fork. You will come to Sandton Clinic on the left and at a robot. Go through the robot until you get to the next robot. Here turn right. Go with this road until you get to Pitt St and turn left. At the 3rd road turn right into Van Der Stel.
 

On a short street in the square suburb is Heathcliff Residents. The residents boasts of 2 garden cottages and 3 rooms for renting.
 

The cottages are separate from the house and have their own bathrooms and kitchens.

The unit is approximately 3m x 2.8m and is a  coasy room with a large window and cupboards. With a ¾ bed. It is connected to the house and shares a bathroom. The unit has its own outside door. No more than 3 people share a bathroom.

Room 6
The unit is a 3.9m x 3.6m room paneled in wood with plenty of space in built- in- cupboards. It has a bay window and a parkade floor. There is a ceiling fan for summer days and being north facing it is warm in winter. It is close to the front door for easy access. A luxurious extra length queen bed graces this room. No more than 3 people share a bathroom.

Deposit required of 1 months rent plus R250 for the keys
Lease is for 3 months

All rooms are furnished with a bed, cupboard, bedside table , an extra table and a chair. Each room is lit with a central light and a lamp. On the walls hang artworks to give the room that homely feeling. The room is finished off with curtains to give style and colour..

The rooms and cottages are available for short to medium term rental ranging from 1 week to 3 months.

Our intention is to keep the residence joyful and homely by preventing unnecessary awkward moments through the introduction of some basic House Rules.
 

When booking in we will require the rent for the time booking in plus a deposit of the same amount plus keys accompanied by the simple contract and personal information sheet.
